She was also known for posing in fashion and women magazines, as well as being the model for Abercrombie & Fitch. On screen, long, blonde-haired Nichols was first noticed while playing a role in the comedy film, Dumb and Dumberer: When Harry Met Lloyd, in 2003 (as Jessica). Nichols, who also hosted several MTV specials, recently appeared in the classic horror remake, The Amityville Horror, alongside Ryan Reynolds and Melissa George.
